About

Secubit Bakery

(Suh-choo-bit) which means: “a pinch”.

Farah Firman, a graphic designer, started “Secubit Bakery” as a hobby – posting her home baked goods on Instagram and Facebook inspiring to one day start a bakery. She started selling her gingerbread masjid Kit in Ramadan of 2015 with lots of help and support from her family and friends. Since then she continues to sell gingerbread masjid kits almost every Ramadan, and inshallah she plans to improve on her gingerbread masjid kit and add additional products in the future.

For now this we are only selling Masjid Gingerbread Kits. Going forward, we do plan on selling other kits and perhaps even cookie cutters. We’ve only been in operation since June 26th 🙂 so we are taking baby steps to grow!

    Asalamu alaikum,
My name is Shahd and I am the co-founder of a honeytree books, a Muslim children subscription service for arts and literature. We have our very first package going out in the mail soon and we were wondering if you are interested in partnering with us. We would love to do a bulk order from you for the gingerbread Masjids. I just recently heard about this awesome idea and would love to advertise it as much as possible. Please let us know how a bulk order through you would work. Many thanks !
